The Boathouse Nagambie is a self-contained cottage situated right on the waters edge of the Nagambie Lakes allowing you the tranquil peace and quiet that you endeavour to get whilst you are away. Wake to the most beautiful views and dine under the most exquisite sunsets in beautiful and romantic surroundings.

The Boathouse Nagambie has been designed for 2 people to stay, taking full advantage of its beautiful views. Relax in the comfort of this spaciously arranged open plan accommodation which includes a Queen Bed (and 2 Single fold-away beds, if required), a fully functional kitchenette (with a microwave, kettle and a toaster), a Bathroom (with a shower, toilet and wash basin), Television, DVD Player and Radio/CD Player, Outdoor Seating with a BBQ.

Please note that sheets, pillows and a doona is provided. With the Boathouse and gardens situated close to the waters edge, this accommodation may prove unsuitable for families with young children.

Despite the thunder, lightening & rain, we had a wonderful few days. The Boathouse oozes quality & it's nice to step back in time. What a picturesque setting beside the lake! We had a delicious long lunch at Mitchelton Winery after sampling their wines. Another beautiful setting beside The Goulburn River.

DEPOSIT

A Booking Payment of 100% of the total accommodation charge is due and payable immediately upon acceptance by Us of Your Booking Form to confirm our booking.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel upto 30 days prior your arrival date you will only receive 50% of your payment. If you cancel between 29 days and 8 days prior your arrival date you will only receive 25% of your payment. If you cancel 7 days or less prior your arrival date you will not receive your payment.

Call us as soon as possible if you know you need to cancel.

Exceptional circumstances are taken into consideration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSPlease read the booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by The Boathouse Nagambie.1. Guest Application: Your Guest Application will normally be processed within 24 hours once We have confirmed receiving it. The Guest Application is a booking enquiry only and You will be notified by Us once your application has been accepted. Confirmation of Your booking will only be given by Us once We receive Your Booking Deposit.2. Minimum Night Bookings: 2 nights (Low and Shoulder Season only), otherwise 7 nights. A 7 night minimum stay applies from 16th December to 1st February.3. Booking Deposit and Balance: A Booking Payment of 100% of the total accommodation charge is due and payable immediately upon acceptance by Us of Your Guest Application to confirm Your booking. 4. Payment: Until Your Booking Deposit is received by Us Your booking is not confirmed. You will not be granted access to the Property until YourBooking Balance and Security Deposit have been received by Us. You will receive an email upon receipt of Your Booking Balance. We only accept direct bank deposit, or cash on arrival. 5. Guest Details: By signing and accepting these Terms and Conditions You will be the Registered Guest. The Registered Guests name must exactly match the name provided on the photo identification. The Registered Guest is responsible for the Property and its contents for the entire period of Your booking and will be liable for all breakages and damages however caused by any Guest or visitors regardless of whether You are present or not at the time the damage occurs.6. Occupancy Limits: You agree to supply Us with the names and ages of all Guests who will be residing at or visiting the Property during Your booking. The number of Guests visiting the property must never exceed the number of guests confirmed on Your Guest Application Form. There are no exceptions unless We approve additional Guests in writing. At our discretion You may be charged for any additional Guests found to have been at the Property during Your booking at $100 per person per day.7. Linen & Servicing: Linen is provided with Your booking, unless specified it is included with the booking fee. The Property will not be serviced during your stay. Should during your stay, you require an additional full service this can be arranged at an extra fee.8. Arrival/Departure Times: Arrival time is after 11am, with departure by 11am during the low and shoulder season. During high season (from 16December to 1 February) arrival time is after 4pm, with departure by 10am. 9. No Party Policy: Our holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. A strict no party policy applies. We ask you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm for the safety, comfort and privacy of neighbours.10. No Smoking Policy: The Property is smoke free. There are no exceptions to this. Any evidence of smoking or butts left at the property will result in additional charges for cleaning or repair to smoke damage.11. No Pets Policy: We do not allow pets at the Property. 13. Vacating the Property: You must vacate the Property in the clean state you found it on arrival. As a guide this typically includes washing dishes, cleaning the BBQ and removing excess rubbish that does not fit in bins provided. Furniture is not to be moved. If the property is left in an untidy state or any furniture is moved you will be charged for reasonable additional cleaning costs. The property must be left locked; if the property is left unlocked and theft occurs, guests will be liable for any missing property.14. Property Damage: You must inform Us immediately of any damages relating to the property and/or its contents. The Property will be inspected by Us as soon as practical after Your departure. You will be responsible for any breakages or damage at or to the Property. Any costs relating to Property Damage will be withheld from Your Security Deposit and where the Security Deposit is insufficient to cover the total cost, You agree to reimburse Us for any remaining balance owing.15. Limitation of Liability: We do our best to ensure Your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond Our control including, but not limited to, incidents at the Property, modifications made by the Owner of the Property that we have not been advised of, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.16. Disclaimer: Whilst all care and attention is taken by Us to ensure the Property is maintained and configured to a high standard and conforms with the descriptions on Our website and representations made by Us when booking, We are not the Property owners and act as Agent only and do not have any direct control over how the Property is presented, maintained, configured or fitted out, therefore we take no responsibility for any differences, changes, modifications or out-of-service equipment at the Property that We were not advised of by the Owner at the time of your booking.17. Breaches: If you breach any of these terms and conditions, We reserve the right at Our complete discretion and using reasonable judgement to terminate your booking and evict You from the Property immediately. In such an event You will forfeit any future nights stay and We will not be liable to refund You for any forfeited nights.
